Important Dates for 2025 Cookie Sales

These are the official council dates for cookie sales. Some of these might be different from what your troop leader gives you; troops often need time to gather information before handing it over to council.

• December 7th: Online sales begin

• December 10th: Troop initial order due

• January 3rd - 18th: Cookie Delivery

• January 10th - 12th: Round 1 Cookie Booth Selections

• January 14th: Round 2 Cookie Booth Selections

• January 17th: Final Round of Cookie Booth Selections

• January 18th: In-person sales begin

• January 24th: Booth sales begin

• February 14th: First ACH transfer

• February 21st - 23rd: “Booth Bash” weekend

• March 14th: Second ACH transfer

• March 16th: Cookie sales end

• March 28th: Reward orders and Cookie transfers due

• April 11th: Final ACH transfer
